Can I pay my bill by ACH or credit card?

Yes, we offer ACH and credit card payment services. If you choose ACH services, we will automatically debit your designated bank account when your invoice is generated. Auto Pay by Credit Card means that you authorize us to automatically charge your designated credit card when your invoice is generated.

Who can answer questions about items on my invoice?

Please feel free to contact Customer Service at (800) 482-0000 and we will explain any of your invoice items.


What should I do if I think there are fraudulent charges on my bill?

People often think they may have been a victim of fraud if their bill is a bit higher than usual or if they see a few phone numbers they don't recognize. However, true fraud usually results in an extremely high bill and may involve several calls made over an extended period of time. If after reviewing your bill you still believe there are unauthorized calls on your bill, call our Customer Service Center at (800) 482-0000.


Who pays for toll free numbers?

A toll free number is paid for by the person or business providing it. Many companies use toll free numbers to provide a cost free alternative for their customers.


When is my bill due?

Your bill is due 30 days from the date of your most recent invoice. For example, if your invoice is dated January 4, then your payment would be due February 4.
